Cookie Policy
Breezy Clubs OS Ltd (trading as Breezy Tech) · breezyclub.tech Effective date: 10 September 2026 · Version: 2.1 Governing law: England and Wales
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make sites work and to remember choices between pages. We also use browser local and session storage for platform functionality; this policy covers those in the same way.
2. Consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), consent is required before non-essential cookies are placed on your device. We currently set only strictly necessary cookies, which do not require consent, so we do not show a consent banner. If we introduce analytics, functional, or any other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy first.
3. Cookies We Use
Strictly necessary — no consent required
These cookies are required to deliver the service you have asked for. Blocking them will prevent you from logging in or completing a booking.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|

| sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier | Secures sign-in with Google (PKCE) | Session | Supabase (first-party) |

Functional — none
We do not currently set functional or preference cookies.
Analytics — none
We do not currently use analytics cookies or any third-party analytics service.
Advertising — none
We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share data with advertising networks.
4. Error Monitoring
When something goes wrong on the platform, technical details of the error (the page, your browser type, and the error itself) are sent to our error-monitoring provider, Sentry, hosted in the EU, so we can fix it. Personal data is redacted before sending, session recording is switched off, and this service sets no cookies. Sentry is listed as a sub-processor in our Privacy Policy.
5. Managing Cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Because all the cookies we set are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from logging in or booking. Third-party privacy policies: supabase.com/privacy · sentry.io/privacy.
6. Changes
We will update this policy before any change to the cookies we set, and will ask for consent where a change requires it. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
